What you’ll be doing…

As a General Assistant, you will have responsibilities and opportunities to grow, becoming a vital part of our Front of House team.

This role involves working in our retail outlet, serving coffee, hot and cold food, and supporting the office space by ensuring all tea points are fully stocked, clean, and ready for service.

This is a 35-hour per week role over 5 days, with 7.5 hours per day including a 30-minute break. Shift times are to be confirmed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels in the retail outlet and service area
• Stay informed about menu offerings
• Provide warm and friendly service
• Follow COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety protocols
• Support the team by keeping office pantries and tea points clean, tidy, and stocked
