You will conduct regular cleaning and safety checks, uphold brand standards, and help deliver outstanding service. This role requires reliability, the ability to multi-task, and a proactive attitude to keep the gym spotless and welcoming.

• Previous similar role experience, ability to multi-task and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety policy and company procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure safe building and equipment.
• Maintain highest cleanliness standards across the gym.
• Ensure uniform standards are followed.
• Deliver outstanding member service.
• Participate in training videos to support standards.
• Undertake other reasonable duties.

Role overview:

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team. We need someone with meticulous cleaning standards that can balance interacting with our members whilst getting the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.

• Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.

• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.

• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.

• To ensure the whole of the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.

• To ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.

• To always deliver outstanding member service.

• To participate in colleague training videos to assist in the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.

• To undertake any other reasonable duties.

Skills and Experience:
