Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a cleanliness-focused team member to uphold high standards across our gym facilities and interact with members. You will balance interactions with members while completing daily cleaning tasks.

You will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks, report defects, maintain uniform standards, and contribute to colleague training videos to help deliver exceptional standards across the group.

Qualifications

• Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Can demonstrate a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multi task & work unsupervised.
• Effective communication skills and approachable to members and other staff.

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
