Job summary

Fooditude is seeking a General Assistant to join our London team on a part-time basis. You will work 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 10:30am to 2:30pm, at a client site in central London, delivering friendly customer service while helping with lunch service.

You’ll top up coffee, drinks and snacks, assist with deliveries and restocking, and support a small team to keep the service running smoothly. APositive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Some experience in hospitality, catering or a customer-facing role.
• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and plenty of positive energy.
• A natural confidence in delivering excellent customer service.
• The ability to work well in a small team and use your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of lunch service, helping us create a brilliant food experience for our customers.
• From supporting our daily changing hot lunch menu to keeping tea, coffee, drinks and snack areas topped up, accepting deliveries, stocking up and helping with washing up, you’ll help ensure everything looks great and flows smoothly.

In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of lunch service, helping us create a brilliant food experience for our customers. From supporting our daily changing hot lunch menu to keeping tea, coffee, drinks and snack areas topped up, accepting deliveries, stocking up and lending a hand with washing up, you’ll help make sure everything looks great, tastes great and flows beautifully.
