We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, with a team of trained foodies serving over 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We now have an exciting opportunity for an Evening General Assistant to join our team.

Working hours: 16.00-20.00, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring counters and chillers to ensure cleanliness, proper stock levels, and presentation in line with our six principles.
2. Regularly checking restaurant areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness with meticulous attention to detail.
3. Listening carefully to instructions from your manager and providing prompt, efficient service.
4. Communicating confidently with customers, gathering feedback, and reacting to their needs to ensure a positive experience.
5. Following food safety procedures and displaying good food safety practices at all times.

Qualifications:

• Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Good merchandising skills and till experience.
