Job description

We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, serving over 45,500 satisfied customers daily. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant / General Assistant to join our team.

This position involves working 5 days out of 7 per week (35 hours).

Remote work opportunities available.

Your responsibilities include monitoring counters and chillers to ensure cleanliness, stock levels, and presentation in line with our six principles. You will regularly check restaurant areas for cleanliness, paying close attention to detail. You should be able to listen carefully, follow instructions, and provide prompt, efficient service. Communicating confidently with customers to gather feedback and react to their needs is essential to ensure positive customer experiences.

You must display good food safety practices at all times, holding Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates. Previous experience in customer service, merchandising skills, and till experience are required.
