Job summary

dnata Catering UK is seeking a General Assistant at London Gatwick to support catering operations and ensure timely delivery of goods for airline customers. The role is seasonal and full-time, with duties across production, stock handling, wash, and search/seal processes.

You will handle food products, work in a chilled environment, and contribute to packing, stocking, cleaning, and paperwork tasks. English basics are required; pork and alcohol handling is part of the job requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing and plating food

As a General Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our catering and goods arrive with our airline customers on time in line with various scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Assistant you will be working in one of the following areas within our business:
Production:

• Preparing and plating food
• Handling of packed food goods
• Packing amenity kits and flight condiments
