Zusammenfassung

JD Gyms is seeking a dedicated cleaner to support our clubs across the UK. You will help uphold brand standards, maintain a welcoming, hygienic environment, and assist members and staff with a friendly, professional attitude.

This role focuses on daily cleaning duties, safety checks, and reporting any defects to keep facilities safe and inviting. Previous experience in cleaning or customer-facing settings is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Experience in a customer-facing, cleaning, leisure or similar environment is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with members and colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
• Support and maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• Ensure the gym facility is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards in line with company expectations.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive and professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training activities designed to promote consistent standards across the business.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.
