The role focuses on delivering outstanding service with professional interactions, following company policies, and supporting development initiatives across the business. A proactive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Commitment to delivering excellent member service and maintaining high standards.
• Experience in customer-facing, cleaning, leisure or similar environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication to build positive relationships with members and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure building and equipment are safe to use.
• Keep gym facilities at a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards as required.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive, professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training activities.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.
