Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
2. Maintain and adhere to the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
3. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety inspections.
4. Report any defects to ensure the safety of the building and equipment.
5. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the entire gym facility.
6. Follow uniform standards consistently.
7. Participate in colleague training videos to promote exceptional standards across the group.
8. Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned.
