We have an excellent permanent job opportunity for a General Adult Consultant working for a private secure service based in Leeds. This is a full-time role.

Salary: £200,000 per annum

Position: General Adult Consultant

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

Setting: 8-10 (possibly 12) female PICU ward

Location: Leeds

Responsibilities:

1. Review referrals and determine appropriateness for admission.
2. Conduct admission assessments and ensure effective management plans.
3. Conduct risk assessments and review regularly.
4. Allocate specialist psychological treatments.
5. Assess physical health.
6. Ensure effective liaison with referring/community teams, specialists, and Commissioners.

Minimum Requirements:

To be registered on the GMC Specialist Register with a licence to practise.
