Circet UK is looking for a General Administrator to join our team.

About Circet

Circet Ireland & UK have built an expanding portfolio of specialist services, leading in Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure, and Power Sectors. With over 4000 employees, we focus on innovative and proactive solutions to meet client expectations while adapting to their changing needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Validating work orders to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
  2. Supporting health and safety by providing accurate utility information near excavation sites.
  3. Analyzing utility prints to identify cables and pipelines' voltages and pressures before excavation.
  4. Providing status reports for financial planning and reporting.
  5. Building effective relationships within Circet and with clients for collaborative work.
  6. Issuing work orders to Project Managers and Front Line Managers, ensuring they are managed to successful outcomes.
  7. Managing dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and potential risks or issues.
  8. Communicating effectively with staff and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Understanding and practical experience in managing risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Knowledge of project governance and control.
  • Proven ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
