Your Role: Driving AI-Powered Transformation

As our ERP AI Integration Lead, you'll take charge of integrating GenAI-driven enhancements into product development, ensuring smart solutions that streamline processes and boost capabilities. You will define strategic product roadmaps, rapidly prototype game-changing GenAI applications, and align development with market trends and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

- Spearhead GenAI integration into engineering workflows and product development.

- Innovate by prototyping data-driven solutions leveraging GenAI and machine learning.

- Shape product roadmaps to address customer needs and emerging market trends.

- Evaluate and implement GenAI technologies for cutting-edge product capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A PhD is a plus!

Experience

• 5+ years in GenAI, ML, or data science roles.
• Proven success in developing and launching data-driven SaaS or enterprise products.
• Expertise in MLOps pipelines and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and the discrete manufacturing industry.
• Leadership experience mentoring data scientists and developers.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI techniques.
• Experience with data engineering tools and frameworks.
• Solid grasp of cloud computing platforms and MLOps best practices.
