Job summary

Citi’s GenAI Common Platform Engineering team is building Citi Assist, a Generative AI assistant powering Citi colleagues globally. We’re hiring a data-focused Full-Stack Engineer to enhance testing, evaluation and feedback capabilities across the stack, from React front-ends to Python back-end services and data pipelines.

You will own features end-to-end, influence architecture, ensure security and compliance, and help shape the platform’s technical direction with ownership and pace.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying production full-stack applications.
• Strong Python and TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
• Experience with data engineering, analytics or experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Build testing, evaluation and feedback platforms for GenAI products.
• Develop full-stack features using TypeScript, React and Python.
• Build scalable APIs, backend services and data pipelines.
• Design data models to measure AI quality and performance.
• Create dashboards and visualisations that turn data into insights.
• Mentor engineers and help raise engineering standards.
