Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong business operations competency.
• Experience in governance, risk, and controls functions is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive delivery roadmaps and cross‑functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate releases and track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Support monthly billing and usage reporting for LLM Suite.
• Prepare stakeholder materials and follow‑ups; report status and actions.
• Engage with control, compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders as needed.
• Triage operational requests and propose process improvements.
• Assist with resiliency documentation, testing, and runbook maintenance.
• Support access troubleshooting and user issue resolution with internal teams.
• Contribute to audit fact‑finding and RFI responses.
• Monitor usage, spend caps, capacity needs, and subscription mapping.
