Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking an early-career, high-agency engineer for an embedded builder role within our GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer program. You will move beyond prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows directly inside customer environments.

You’ll collaborate with strategic accounts, solve integration and data readiness challenges, and contribute to shaping Google Cloud’s product roadmap with real-world feedback.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field in the EMEA region.
• Practical experience with Python or a similar coding language.
• Experience taking production-grade AI solutions from conception to launch on cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured/unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a developer for complex AI applications, moving prototypes to production-grade workflows.
• Architect and code connectors between Google's AI products and customer live infrastructure.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability for agentic systems.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or feature requests.
• Co-build with customer engineers to ensure long-term project success and adoption.
