Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with AEs, Product, and MLEs, delivering tailored demos and pilots to achieve the technical win for enterprise customers. You will translate customer needs into actionable scopes of work and support initial implementations.

You will apply deep GenAI and ML knowledge, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across teams to drive value in financial services, fintech, and SaaS contexts.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with client-facing pre-sales experience.
• Proven ability to unblock technical issues in the field.
• Experience with Python, Java and/or web development languages.
• Experience working in enterprise SaaS, cloud tech, finance/fintech or similar industries with end-customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales with tailored demos and pilots to secure the technical win.
• Scope customer technical requirements and develop an actionable SOW.
• Work with delivery team to support initial implementation.
• Be relentlessly curious about customer needs and pain points.
• Design solutions leveraging Scale product and GenAI knowledge.
• Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with AEs and PMs to identify feature requests.
