Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with prior experience in client interactions for business goals.
• Experience with Python, Java, or other web development languages.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, cloud tech, finance, fintech with end-customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Scale AEs by delivering tailored demos and prototypes.
• Develop expertise in Generative AI for enterprise applications.
• Secure technical wins by addressing customer challenges.
• Interact daily with customers to design tailored solutions.
• Develop 'Scopes of Work' based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with software and machine learning engineers for implementation.
• Work with AEs and PMs for customer-specific feature requests.
• Drive initiatives to improve Solution Engineering efficiency.

Skills

Strong engineering background with client experience in pre or post‑sales

Prior experience in Python, Java, or web development languages

Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud technology, finance, or fintech

Presentation skills with technical credibility

High communication comfort across organizations

Intellectual curiosity and ability to operate with high velocity
