Qualifications

• Strong academic or professional background in AI, finance, or quantitative analytics.
• Experience with AI model risk management, GenAI, and agentic systems preferred.
• Proven ability to evaluate and validate AI-enabled tools and quantitative models.

Responsibilities

• Carry out independent evaluation and challenge of AI-enabled tools, agents and quantitative models.
• Perform AI model risk management activities for GenAI and agentic AI.
• Design and deliver complex validation analyses and robust reporting.
• Maintain independence of conclusions and separation between development and review.
• Build AI risk capability and share GenAI expertise across teams.
• Drive rigorous execution standards and promote continuous improvement.
