The Online Studio (OLS) is seeking a Midweight Designer in London to craft standout content for global brands. You’ll blend culture with strategy, delivering static, interactive and editorial-style work that resonates with a Gen Z audience.

Ideal candidates bring strong CPG advertising experience, collage/editorial aesthetics, and expert-level skills in Photoshop and After Effects. A proactive, independent work style and a willingness to collaborate across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating real cultural fluency for a Gen Z audience.
• Strong CPG/brand advertising experience with collage/editorial/moodboard work.
• Confident in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects for varied outputs.
• Self-starter who works independently and handles feedback well.
• Figma/GenAI experience a plus; 3D/C4D a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop standout, strategically-aligned creative from brief to completion across static, interactive, quiz units and layered editorial-style collage.
• Create video ranging from simple cutdowns to rotoscoped and breakthrough effects.
• Generate on-brand lifestyle assets using GenAI tools with careful IP adherence.
• Take feedback quickly and manage multiple brands against tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and client stakeholders and contribute as a proactive studio citizen.
