The Studio in London is seeking a Midweight Designer to craft stand-out work for global CPG brands, delivering across static, interactive, and editorial-style collage. You’ll shape content with razor-sharp taste for a Gen Z audience, creating native-feeling work not repurposed from campaigns.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with real cultural fluency for a Gen Z audience.
• Strong CPG/brand advertising experience with collage/editorial/moodboard work.
• Confident Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop and After Effects essential).
• Self-starter, independent, able to take on feedback well.
• Figma Weave or GenAI experience a plus; 3D/C4D a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop stand-out, strategically-aligned creative from brief to completion.
• Create video, from simple cuts to rotoscoping and advanced effects.
• Generate on-brand lifestyle assets using GenAI tools with brand IP care.
• Take feedback fast and manage multiple brands against tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and stakeholders, and mentor others.
