Job summary

Talent Studio Ltd is seeking a Midweight Designer to join the creative studio, crafting stand-out work for global brands. The role emphasizes a Gen Z-aware aesthetic, with static, interactive, and collage-focused pieces across campaigns.

You will collaborate with Creative Leads, work across multiple brands, and manage projects against tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment, including hybrid 2 days in central London and 3 days WFH.

Job description

We’re proud to be partnering with a fantastic creative agency that works across multiple global brands and agencies on campaigns. They are looking for a Midweight Designer to join their creative studio, making stand-out work for a roster of global brands.

They are looking for someone who has great taste and a genuine feel for what resonates with a modern, Gen Z-aware audience. You must be able to create stand-out work from brief to completion, mainly on static, interactive, quiz units and layered editorial-style collage-focused work (without it looking too commercial).

You must be a team player, and you will collaborate closely with Creative Leads and client stakeholders, and work well within the studio, sharing skills and helping others as you go. They are looking for a fast worker who takes on feedback and can manage projects with different brands against tight deadlines.

It’ll be working on the brand ads within an app, both static and motion so they would love to see folios with collage work, conceptual, editorial, commercial, social and paid ads! It will be a fast-paced environments agency experience is preferred, such as Born Social and We Are Social. However, they are also open to seeing candidates who have big brand experience, such as ASOS, Charlotte Tilbury, Boohoo!

The salary is £40k and it is a hybrid role with 2 days in the central London studio and 3 days WFH.
