OLS in London is seeking a conceptually strong Midweight Designer to join our creative studio, delivering stand-out work for global CPG brands. You’ll have razor-sharp taste and a Gen Z-aware sensibility, creating content that resonates with how people scroll, save and share.

Hybrid work: 3 days at home, 2 days in our Central London studio, with onboarding, peer support and room to grow. Proficiency in Photoshop and After Effects is essential; experience with Figma, GenAI tools, and 3D/C4D is a

Qualifications

• Portfolio with real cultural fluency for a Gen Z audience.
• Strong CPG/brand advertising experience; collage or moodboard work.
• Proficient in Photoshop and After Effects.
• Figma Weave or GenAI experience a plus; 3D/C4D a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop standout, strategically-aligned creative from brief to completion - static, interactive, quiz units and layered editorial-style collage.
• Create video, from simple cutdowns to technical rotoscoping and breakthrough effects.
• Generate on-brand lifestyle assets using GenAI tools with IP accuracy.
• Take on feedback fast and manage multiple brands against tight deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Leads and client stakeholders and share skills.
