Heart Mind Talent Ltd. is partnering with a fast-growing AI startup in London to recruit a Product Builder who owns a surface end-to-end. You’ll work closely with engineers, using AI tools to prototype and ship features that touch the user, from chat agents to data-driven workflows.

You’ll bring a technical background, comfort with SQL, and a strong sense of product ownership. This office-first London role offers high autonomy in a small, ambitious team.

Formación

• CS or engineering degree, or direct engineering/technical PM experience.
• Technically fearless: comfortable reading code and writing SQL.
• Strong product judgement focused on user impact.

Responsabilidades

At Heart Mind Talent we're supporting a fast-growing AI startup on the search for a Product Builder to join their team.

The company is building an AI-powered product helping millions of households manage and optimise their bills, combining agentic communication, GenAI data extraction, workflow orchestration, and recommendation systems.

This is not a traditional product or engineering role, as you'll own a product surface and make it better end to end, without waiting for an engineer to do it for you: from their customer-facing WhatsApp agent, to the Open Banking data behind their subscription product, to whatever's most broken.

You'll work alongside engineers who build the safe surfaces you ship on, and get hands-on yourself, using AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor to prototype, query data, and ship changes to the live product.

What you'll do:

• Take a product problem from rough to shipped, with AI tooling as your main working environment
• Answer your own questions by writing the query, not filing a ticket and waiting
• Ship on safe surfaces: prompts, agent behaviour, configuration, workflows, data pipelines and internal tools
• Live close to the user, reading real conversations and letting them drive what you build next
• Own the outcome, because a feature is only done when it's working for members

What they're looking for

• This role is ideal for someone with a technical foundation who loves building product
• You might be an engineer who moved into product, a technical PM, a former founder, or the generalist who ends up owning the thing nobody else will

Key signals:

• A technical foundation: a CS or engineering degree, or time as an engineer or technical PM
• Technically fearless: comfortable reading code, writing some SQL, and knowing when to ask for help
• Strong product judgement, framing problems around what changes for the user
• You've owned something real and shipped things people actually use
