Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services UK&I in London is hiring a GenAI Adoption – Platform Engineer to enable enterprise adoption of Generative AI by designing and building scalable, cloud-native platforms for AI workloads.

You will focus on reliability, automation, and multi-tenant architectures while integrating advanced AI capabilities into enterprise systems. Strong Python, LangChain/Langraph experience, and multi-cloud expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python (Karat assessment clearance required)
• Experience in Generative AI application development using frameworks such as LangChain or Langraph
• Hands-on experience building and deploying RAG-based solutions
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
• Broader exposure to multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using large language models and generative AI technologies
• Develop and integrate solutions such as chatbots, copilots, and content generation platform
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge system
• Perform prompt engineering, optimisation, and evaluation of model outputs
• Integrate AI APIs into enterprise applications and workflows
• Deploy and manage AI applications across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance across multiple environments
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with organisational needs
