  • Managed Services: Providing compliance services to global clients across tax, accounting, transfer pricing obligations under managed service arrangements.
  • Technology: Helping clients leverage technology, tools, and platforms to transform their tax functions.
  • Tax Operating Model: Collaborating with clients to build and operate leading tax functions, managing risks, opportunities, reputation, and compliance.
  • Data Management: Supporting tax teams to maximize data utilization for effective tax function management.

At Director level, you will be proactive, curious, committed, and invested in self-development. You should be resilient, capable of leading a successful team, and possess excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail. Building networks confidently and communicating professionally at all levels are essential. You should have strong business development skills with a proven track record of identifying opportunities and converting them into projects.

Transfer Pricing Compliance

Transfer Pricing compliance is increasingly specialized and integrated with broader statutory accounting and tax compliance globally. This role is for a Transfer Pricing specialist with expertise in transformation, technology, program management, and technical Transfer Pricing knowledge to lead large-scale global compliance projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will work within KPMG's Global Compliance Managed Services team to grow our Transfer Pricing compliance business, build client relationships, and lead complex global engagements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading business development, progressing leads to sales, and managing contract negotiations for Transfer Pricing compliance engagements.
  • Articulating KPMG's value proposition on global centralised Transfer Pricing compliance and related services, including client workshops on our processes and technology.
  • Leading the delivery of global Transfer Pricing compliance projects, including technical leadership, client relationship management, and governance.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Interacting confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders and collaborating with peers and junior team members.
  • Building internal networks within tax and advisory practices.
  • Supporting governance, issue resolution, and broader tax operational areas, including risk management and transformation opportunities.
  • Identifying additional service opportunities and liaising with specialists.
  • Coaching team members and following best practices and policies.
  • Maintaining a positive, flexible, and resilient approach to work under pressure.
  • Networking effectively to understand and meet client needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills for diverse situations and audiences, both written and oral.
  • Strong attention to detail for reviewing complex technical work while maintaining strategic focus.
  • Effective internal networking skills to engage confidently with senior management.
  • Proven business development and client relationship skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of managing own and team workloads.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in leading Transfer Pricing compliance and advisory projects.
