Qualifications

• A qualification appropriate to teaching Maths.

• Ability to adapt teaching to meet different learner needs.
• Commitment to continuing professional development and effective teaching practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging GCSE Maths sessions using a range of teaching methods.
• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and learning resources.
• Assess learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Set and monitor targets to support learner progress and achievement.
• Adapting teaching approaches to meet different learner needs.
• Build positive relationships with learners and support their progression.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.
