As a GCSE Maths Lecturer, you will plan and deliver engaging, inclusive and effective teaching and learning. You will create a positive learning environment, develop high-quality resources and assessments, and provide learners with constructive feedback and clear targets to support their progress.
You will play an important role in motivating and inspiring learners, adapting your teaching to meet diverse needs and making effective use of technology and blended learning approaches. You will also contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.
