Job summary

Project Global Limited, on behalf of a major client, seeks a GCP Data Architect for a hybrid role based in Bristol, UK. The contract is 8 months with remote UK work and 2 days per week in the Bristol office. Day rate competitive, to start asap.

You will lead end-to-end architecture for cloud-native data solutions on GCP, shaping data models, governance, and delivery roadmaps across finance transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale data solutions on GCP.
• Strong data modelling and governance expertise.
• Ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams.
• Knowledge of finance data flows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for cloud-native data solutions on GCP.
• Define ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption patterns.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate business requirements into data models.
• Support governance and cost-optimized, scalable implementations.
