Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating large-scale backend systems in production.
• Experience at Staff or Principal Engineer level.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience designing distributed systems with a focus on scalability, resilience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve highly scalable, cloud-native backend systems.
• Drive engineering standards across modern Java technologies, distributed systems and clean architectural principles.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform and Engineering leadership to shape technical strategy.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor senior engineers across multiple teams.
