Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager-level consultant to join the Finance Reinvention Partner in the UK. You will design the GBS service-management framework, define the target operating model, and set governance, data and technology required to deliver high-quality finance services across retained functions, GBS delivery teams, and external providers.

You will drive end-to-end service-design workstreams, develop performance metrics, and enable continuous improvement by bringing together process,

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in GBS, shared services, or enterprise service management.
• Led a service-management design or implementation workstream from assessment to rollout.
• Deep understanding of service organisation across retained functions and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current GBS service-management model and gather requirements.
• Design the target GBS service-management framework and governance structure.
• Define roles, ownership, decision rights and escalation routes.
• Shape how internal customers access and experience GBS services.
• Develop the service-performance and reporting framework with SLAs/OLAs.
• Design end-to-end cross-tower service integration with providers.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and backlog governance.
• Translate operating-model needs into technology, data and control requirements.
• Create implementation assets, training materials and adoption packs.
• Lead client workstream, manage scope, risks and quality.
