Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Gateman / Traffic Marshall to work on an MOD site in Shrivenham, Swindon for a 2-year period. The start is immediate and the shift begins at 7:30am, with free on-site parking available.

The role involves managing vehicle movements, supervising deliveries, and ensuring pedestrian safety, while performing light labouring duties as required. Candidates must hold a valid CSCS card and a Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Current Traffic Marshall / Banksman certification.
• Full PPE including hard hat, hi-vis, boots, gloves, goggles.
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Gateman / Traffic Marshall to work on an MOD site in Shrivenham, Swindon for 2 years.

The start date is immediate and workers must be available from 7:30am. Free on-site parking is provided.

Key Duties

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card.
• Current Traffic Marshall / Banksman certification.
• Full PPE, including hard hat, high-visibility clothing, steel-toe boots, gloves and goggles.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Photo ID for site access.
