Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a reliable Gateman to join a busy residential development in Newcastle. The role focuses on controlling access, directing traffic, and maintaining a safe site entrance, with a strong emphasis on communication with trades and site management.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CSCS card, have prior Gateman/Banksman experience on construction sites, and be familiar with health and safety procedures. Residential project experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Gateman / Banksman on construction sites

• Valid CSCS card

• Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures

• Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic

• Previous experience on residential housing developments preferred
