An established industry player is seeking a Gateline Assistant to join their station team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with ticket inquiries and managing customer flow during busy periods. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle repetitive tasks under pressure. This is a full-time role with flexible shift patterns, providing an opportunity to contribute to a smooth travel experience for all customers.

Applicants requiring a visa must have at least 6 months remaining at the time of appointment. Full-time training is provided, and commitment to this is required.
Our services operate every day except Christmas Day. You will need to work shifts at all times of the day and week.
Two shift patterns are available, averaging either 25 or 30 hours per week over 5 days.
