Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Consultant in Gastroenterology with an interest in ERCP/Hepatology and general gastroenterology. The post is based across CHFT sites, with care for inpatients on the wards at HRI and cross-site endoscopy.

A 1:10 on-call for GI/GI Bleed is included, and a job share would be considered. The department manages a 24-bed gastroenterology bed base at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and supports outpatient services in the new unit

Formación

• Must be on the GMC Specialist Register or within six months of admission if in training.
• Applicants must hold a License to Practice in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Care for inpatients on the wards at HRI and review ward referrals at CRH and in the outpatient unit on the Huddersfield site.
• Contribute to outpatient care and cross-site endoscopy services; participate in a 1-week rotational schedule (10 PAs).
• Provide on-call cover for Gastroenterology & GI Bleed on a 1:10 basis.
