Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a Band 6 Dietitian to join the Adult Community Dietetics Team based at MCH House, Gillingham. You will deliver outpatient clinics, conduct home visits and run education sessions across Medway, Swale and surrounding areas, providing expert nutritional care with multidisciplinary colleagues.

We welcome Dietitians with a passion for Gastroenterology or a desire to develop specialist knowledge.

Qualifications

• Registered Health Care Professional with HCPC registration.
• Full UK/EU driving licence.
• Post-graduate experience as a Dietitian.
• Experience managing gastro conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face outpatient clinics in community settings.
• Undertake home visits to support patients at home.
• Manage a varied caseload across Medway and Swale.
• Plan and run patient education groups to improve health.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement projects.
• Pursue professional development and specialist interests (Gastroenterology).
