Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) is seeking a Band 6 Dietitian for the Adult Community Dietetics Team. Based at MCH House, Gillingham, the role offers outpatient clinics, home visits and group education across a diverse community caseload.

We welcome Dietitians with a passion for Gastroenterology and provide flexibility with full-time or part-time options. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for travel across the service area.

Qualifikationen

• HCPC registration indicates professional registration as a health care professional.
• Post-graduate or equivalent experience in community dietetics is expected.

Aufgaben

• Deliver outpatient clinics in community settings.
• Undertake home visits to support patients in their own environment.
• Manage a varied caseload across Medway and Swale with MDT collaboration.
• Plan and deliver patient education groups to improve health.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement projects.
• Pursue professional development including Gastroenterology interests.
