Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Histopathologist with a special interest in Gastro Pathology to join the busy cellular pathology teams at Salford Royal and Oldham sites. The role combines diagnostic work with teaching, multi-disciplinary team involvement and opportunities for research and clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge in histopathology with GI pathology interest.
• Commitment to high-quality diagnostic reporting and teaching.
• Experience in multidisciplinary team involvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic histopathology services in GI areas.
• Participate in MDTs and tumor board discussions.
• Contribute to teaching and supervision of trainees.
