Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MDT Co-Ordinator within the Gastroenterology and Hepatology service. You will support MDT meetings, manage data and ensure RTT targets are met, liaising with clinical and admin staff across trusts.

The role requires strong secretarial skills, experience with Electronic Patient Records, and the ability to coordinate complex schedules while maintaining high standards of care and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• Administration experience in an NHS or office setting.
• Experience with MDT coordination and NHS RTT pathways.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate MDT meetings and prepare proformas with relevant data.
• Liaise with staff across departments and NHS trusts to compile MDT lists.
• Provide secretarial support to consultants and junior doctors.
• Manage patient pathways in EPR and update booking systems.
• Ensure RTT targets are monitored and appropriate actions followed.
• Organise and coordinate MDT logistics including video conferencing.
