Job summary

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a proactive MDT Coordinator/Data Navigator for the East Midlands Maternal Medicine Network. You will facilitate MDT meetings, coordinate data collection and reporting, and support the network core team and clinical leads across Trusts.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous data handling, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a collaborative NHS environment. Occasional travel between Trusts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Proficient data collection and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate MDT meetings and ensure timely distribution of agendas and minutes.
• Collect, maintain and submit data for network MDT and national submissions.
• Provide administration support to the network core team and clinicians across Trusts.
• Liaise with other departments and hospitals within the network to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage documentation for MDT meetings, including patient notes and investigations.
