Job summary

• Provide high standard dietetic service to clients referred to the community dietetic service in Greenwich.
• Deliver tailored dietary advice to bring about patient-centred lifestyle changes.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team as an autonomous practitioner within the Trust.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and training programs to clients and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in outcome evaluation to direct service development.
