Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent military experience).
• Experience with integration across product lifecycle (design, integration, validation).
• Knowledge of safety processes: FMECA, SARs, RedTop-like frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compressor system integration activities across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Support product system design integration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct OSOR investigations and root cause analysis (RCI).
• Provide complex technical validation and verification support.
• Support SAR (Safety Assessment Report) activities and fleet health/risk tracking.
• Manage sampling closure and DoRA updates.
• Produce clear reporting for Technical Leads.
