Job summary

The role involves diagnosing faults, completing planned servicing, and working to current regulations. You will manage stock, provide clear reports, and participate in on-call duties.

Ideal candidates hold ACS qualifications and a full UK driving licence and are committed to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Current domestic gas qualifications including the listed ACS certificates.
• Experience in service and breakdown engineering.
• Strong diagnostic and fault finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair heating appliances.
• Carry out planned servicing and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Produce service reports and certification.
• Manage van stock and coordinate with suppliers.
• Participate in on-call rota for emergencies.
