Qualifications

• Gas Safe registration is required.
• CKR1 qualification is required.
• HTR1 qualification is required.
• Experience in domestic gas servicing and breakdowns is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Own van, tools, analyser and insurances are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servicing domestic gas boilers and heating systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing boiler and heating faults.
• Completing landlord gas safety checks (CP12s).
• Delivering high standards of customer service in occupied properties.
• Accurately completing job reports and compliance documentation.
• Work in line with Gas Safe and Health & Safety regulations.

Contract Type: Self-Employed/Sub-Contractor

Rate: Minimum £1,350 per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer to work across social housing contracts throughout the GU postcode areas.

Essential Requirements

• Must be able to work on a self-employed/CIS basis.
