You will diagnose equipment faults in commercial refrigeration and gas appliances, work independently or as part of a team, and maintain a strong focus on safety and customer service. A professional, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe registration is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Office-based role with occasional travel to customer sites.
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment faults in commercial refrigeration and gas appliances.
• Proactive, hardworking attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Understanding of safe working procedures.

Responsibilities

• Understand industry standards, products, and company services.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and legislation within the service function.
• Provide technical support via phone and email, resolving service-related queries.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Attend site visits to diagnose and repair equipment faults when required.
• Test returned units and spare parts; carry out equipment conversions as needed.
• Support administrative tasks and maintain service records using Sparc and Opera.
• Collaborate with UK and international teams to address quality feedback from the field.
• Escalate customer or subcontractor issues to management as needed.
