Job summary

Center Parcs is hiring a Gas Safe Engineer for Longleat Forest. You will attend callouts, maintain heating systems across guest accommodation and village buildings, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires NVQ/SVQ in Engineering Maintenance with Gas Safe, prior trade experience, and a full driving licence. Full-time shifts include evenings and weekends with a 160-hour4-week cycle. On-site position with Centre Parcs values and rewards.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ in Engineering Maintenance (Plumbing/Heating/Ventilation) Level 2 or 3 with Gas Safe registration.
• Previous trade experience (electrical or mechanical).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Full driving licence (held for a minimum of 6 months).

• Attend callouts and resolve gas and heating issues promptly.
• Carry out inspections and planned preventative maintenance.

Gas Safe Engineer Longleat Forest | Circa £42,200 per annum

Longleat Forest (BA12 7PU)

You will be responsible for attending callouts and maintaining heating systems across guest accommodation and village buildings. You'll ensure timely repairs, preventative maintenance and deliver excellent customer service.

Your working hours

Full-time contract, shifts fall between 8:00am and 10:00pm. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4 - week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes evenings and alternate weekends. You will be 'on call' during late shifts to handle any out-of-hours issues.

About you

• NVQ or SVQ in Engineering Maintenance and Installation in Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation Level 2 & 3 and a current gas safe qualification
• Previous trade experience (electrical or mechanical)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full driving licence (held for a minimum of 6 months)
