Job summary

HomeServe UK is seeking a Gas Repair Engineer to diagnose and repair gas appliances and heating systems in customers' homes. You will diagnose faults on boilers and central heating, carry out repairs, and perform boiler services, all while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

With a field-based role, you will manage jobs and deliver excellent customer service, representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing gas appliances and central heating systems.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Ability to work independently and on-site.
• Positive, proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing faults on boilers and central heating systems.
• Carrying out repairs to restore heating and hot water.
• Carrying out boiler services.
• Completing safety checks and ensuring regulations are met.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
