Job summary

HomeServe UK is seeking a Gas Repair Engineer to diagnose and repair gas appliances in customers’ homes, based in Birmingham. You will manage heating system faults, perform boiler services, and carry out safety checks while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing gas appliances and central heating systems.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
• A positive, proactive approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing faults on boilers and central heating systems.
• Carrying out repairs to restore heating and hot water.
• Carrying out boiler services.
• Completing safety checks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care.
