Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Senior Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their Estates & Facilities team. The role involves maintaining and repairing plumbing and heating systems across multiple campuses, providing a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in plumbing/heating, strong maintenance experience, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in maintenance across a large or complex estate.
• Driving licence and willingness to be on the call-out rota.

Join our clients busy Estates & Facilities team, maintaining a diverse and unique portfolio across multiple campuses. They're looking for an experienced and qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer to carry out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, installations, and repairs across a wide range of buildings.

What you’ll do:

Maintain and repair plumbing, drainage, and heating systems

Work with mechanical plant and gas networks (training provided)

Support PPM and emergency response duties

Mentor apprentices and supervise contractors

What you’ll need:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in plumbing/heating

Strong experience in maintenance across a large or complex estate

Good communication skills and a customer service approach

A driving licence and willingness to be on the call-out rota (extra pay of ~£3,800/year)
