Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a market-leading gases producer in Uttoxeter to recruit a Production Manager. The role is on-site and focuses on delivering high-quality gas products in a regulated environment.

You will oversee production performance, develop your team, and ensure timely delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. The position offers training, progression, and a strong pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production in a regulated environment.
• Proven leadership of manufacturing teams.
• Strong understanding of quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage production to deliver gases and gas mixtures on time and to the highest quality.
• Work within ISO 17034 accredited processes and support quality standards.
• Resource staff and materials, prioritising work to maintain the production schedule.
• Recruit, manage, develop and motivate direct reports through appraisal and training.
• Monday to Friday, on-site (40 hours per week)
